Agency Services

An Agent is someone who is authorized to act for or in place of another and is in essence a representative. An Agent acts with varying levels of authority given to them by someone else. Appointing an Agent is a way to still be in control of the major decisions without being overburdened with day-to-day administration. An Agent for Estate Trustee appointment, also known as an Estate Agency and Attorney for Property appointments are very common.

In What Capacity can an Agent be Appointed?

Legacy Private Trust is pleased to act as Agent for anyone appointed as Trustee, Estate Trustee, Guardian or Custodian and to also act as Agent for a corporation, organization or individual. Being Agent for an Estate Trustee (often referred to as executor services) is one of the most common Agent appointments; but, there are many other popular Agent appointments such as an Escrow Agent and a Corporate Agent.
